Kenneth Daniels is a Court of Masters Certified Sommelier whose varied experience in the wine and hospitality industry spans over 15 years.Kenneth entered the hospitality industry as a graduate of The National Culinary School of San Diego and worked as a personal chef for 5 years, including a stint aboard The Californian, the official Tallship of California.

Kenneth continued his studies under Master Sommelier George Miliotis of the Darden Restaurant group and is currently mentored by Advanced Sommelier Lisa Redwine.

While developing extensive wine and beverage training systems at Oceanaire Seafood Room and Landry’s Restaurant Group, Kenneth discovered his passion for teaching. He has recently focused on beverage education and beverage history and is considered a Beverage Anthropologist, sharing his love of cuisine and beverage with a passion and flare all his own.

Kenneth is currently the General Manager of the San Diego Wine and Culinary Center where he specializes in creating diverse interactive and informative private events for VIP clients.
